5. Number of Cartons or Pallets:

   • Specify if the cargo is stackable or non-stackable if applicable.

6. Dimensions and Weight of Each Carton or Pallet:

   • Preferably in centimeters (cm); if using another unit, please specify.

7. Type of Goods and Tariff Code:

   • For hazardous goods, ensure to attach the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
